Our Lamb
 
The lambs are born in the Spring on our farm and go to market in December. The lambs are raised on pasture and yield about 50 lbs of meat. Lambs are sold in half or whole quantities and will be prepared custom per your instructions at Galvinell's in Conowingo, Maryland. The butcher is very flexible and helpful. If you are unsure what to get, you might consider getting the 'standard' cut. If you have special requests, just ask. You will find the butcher more than willing to accomodate your request.
